Head Veterinarian (PGCertSAS MRCVS)

Barbara is our surgery guru! There is very little she cannot do, holding a certificate in surgery. Whether it is a routine spay or a complex fracture repair Barbara can do, reducing the need to travel for specialised surgery.

When not in surgery Babs can be found in the kitchen feeding the staff or crawling around the floor feeding anxious patients. Outside of work Barbara enjoys spending time with her family, young daughter and 2 dogs.

Head Veterinarian (BVSc MRCVS)

Fran brings a brilliant mix of clinical expertise and down-to-earth warmth to the team.

After joining the practice she was keen to make clients feel at ease and was the first to invite clients for a chat and a cuppa. Fran spent many years in South Africa and keeps us entertained with her hilarious stories. Outside of work she is kept busy on her farm with her herd of 350 cows, managery of animals, 2 young sons and her partner. She is a keen tag rugby player, loves gardening and growing her own food!

Registered Veterinary Nurse

Vicky is one of our senior nursing team and has 25 years of experience. She has a keen interest in theatre and monitoring anaesthesia.

Outside of work she spends most of her weekends on the football field cheering on her 2 sons, spending time at the stables with her horse Harry and joining in with the practice spin class.  Vicky also has 2 cats Hollie and Chester.

Registered Veterinary Nurse

Becky started her nursing career 10 years ago and joined the Paveley and Day team in 2022. She loves the variety of work from chatting to clients during nurse consults to scrubbing in and assisting the vets in theatre.

You often find Becky ‘up a hill’ as she loves mountain walking and  also enjoys the regular gym sessions with the other girls at work. Becky has Kev the cat a cheeky ginger, who you may have spotted on top of our practice Christmas tree.

Registered Veterinary Nurse

Jodie has been qualified for 21 years, bringing a wealth of experience to the team. She enjoys all aspects of nursing from nurse consults to theatre.

She is kept busy with her rottie Arlo, one eyed cat, 2 bunnies, pony Belle and 2 demanding daughters!When not at work she enjoys spending time with friends and going to the gym with he rest of he team.

Registered Veterinary Nurse

You will always be greeted with a smiley face from Hannah. She has been nursing for 10 years. Han is cat obsessed and loves to make the practice as cat friendly as possible, she also has a keen interest in Anaesthesia.

When not at work she can be found down at the yard, spending time with her horse Splash. She has 2 cats Percy and Indy, one of whom she rescued from Stour Valley Cat Rescue who we work closely with.

Practice Manager

Leanne is a RVN with a wealth of experience having been qualified 20 years. After working in general and specialised referral practices she is now headily involved in the running of FAB vets. 

She has 2 young sons, enjoys keeping fit, crafts and gardening. This is who we have to blame for our 10k mud runs!

Receptionist

Our front of house and practice national treasure. Always a friendly face and usually your first port of contact, always willing to help. Connie is much loved by all our clients & patients due to her kind and empathetic nature. You will often see Connie feeding our patients treats in the waiting room and she has been known for carrying a puppy or two around the practice for cuddles! 

Connie is a devoted nan to her daughters horse Splashy and has a feisty little tortie cat at home called Ginny.

Veterinary Surgeon (DVM MRCVS)

Hanako brings a wealth of experience, thoroughness and has a love of medicine and diagnostics. (She can often be found looking at ear cytology under the microscope!)

Hanako loves music, is a keen musician and plays with 2 local concert bands . She lives locally with her husband, two teenage sons and cats Sunny and Ned. She is our go to for organising our out of work social calendar and her Murder Mystery party was a big hit!
